How Do You Pan-Fried Salmon With Wasabi Mayo?
This tasty, nutritious dish is surprisingly easy to do within minutes; great when you need something fast and easy for the dinner table. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon steak. Rub the seasoning into the skin. Then turn the steak over and repeat the process. Heat oil in the pan over medium fire. When oil is hot, add the salmon and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until it turns golden brown. Then turn it and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove and leave aside. With the remaining oil, stir-fry green pepper, carrot, and bean sprouts for about 1 minute, then add glass noodles. Cool for another minute. Remove and place on the serving plate. Blanch asparagus in boiling water for about 30 seconds. Remove and set aside. To make the sauce, add wasabi powder, mayonnaise and water into a bowl. Whisk the ingredients together until mixture is smooth and moderately thick. Place the salmon steak on top of the vegetable mix. Garnish with asparagus, fish roe and chopped parsley.
