Well, it can easily be done but you have to prepare the surface properly. If you just use latex (water-based) paint, you’ll find the wallpaper lifiting right off the wall. So, here goes: 1. Make sure that your wallpaper isn’t peeling anywhere. If it is, use a Q-tip and white glue and stick it down. Wait till it dries. 2.
