How Do You Paint On Plastic With Kids?
Paint on sheets of plastic, such as plexiglass, or on plastic bottles with kids for an exciting and colorful art project. Painting on plastic is a great way to reuse plastic bottles or create a beautiful collaborative artwork with children. Painting with small brushes encourages children to use their fine motor skills. Recycling plastic bottles gives them a new purpose and a new life as a colorfully painted vase that can be enjoyed around the house. Before working with children, clean the plastic plexiglass sheet with glass cleaner, or if reusing plastic bottles, take paper labels off the bottles and thoroughly clean and dry them.
