How do you pack dress shirts so they stay wrinkle-free?

Rolling clothes is supposed to keep them wrinkle free…I’ve never found that to be the case. I’ve also tried laying shirts in the suitcase such that the lower part is on the bottom and the remainder is hanging over the front edge of the suitcase, I’ve then placed other items on top and then folded the top half of my shirts over the pile in a bid to reduce creases. Unfortunately, with the way cases get thrown around, everything moves inside the case so I’ve come to the conclusion that there is no way to keep things wrinkle free. If your case has a specific shirt section, zipped separately from the rest of your clothes, that might keep them in place, but they’re still likely to get bashed by everything else moving around.
