First you will need a lunch box suitable for the person who is using it whether it be a child, female or male. Prepare a sandwich, something to drink and a dessert to complete the lunch for the persons preferences. We all need a nutritious lunch to be healthy and strong so we can continue with our daily activities. A child usually gets his mom or dad to pack his or her lunch.
