To overcome unhealthy relationship habits, you have to be willing to examine yours, and change them. Lets face it, we can all do things that tend to drive our partner away. There are common relationship habits like control, along with obsessive traits that some suffer from. You got to overcome these, if you are going to ever have a healthy relationship. It takes examining yourself, and your relationship problems to do so. Relationship counseling can help, but won’t be the answer to everything needed. I don’t think relationship counseling works on this topic. All they can do is help you accept responsibility for these problems. You got to start to make the proper change needed. Be fair and examine your relationship problems. Put yourself in your partners shoes. You got to be fair and not be bias when examining your habits.
