How do you overcome temptations and become totally free from their grip?
Um… you don’t. You can become free from addiction through hard work and perseverance, but you can never be free of temptation. Temptation is the pull. When you give in is the problem. Either way it’ll be hard because man as an animal has always chosen the dark path and by nature leans toward what has been called “evil”. I call it fun.
I was wondering the same thing a few months ago! Actually I was agonizing in my mind about this very thing. The answer is found in Romans chapter 6. 1What shall we say then?
