Increase the clock speed of your XP 2500 and ramp up its performance through the computer’s BIOS, allowing you to force a bit of extra life out of the aging beast. This takes less than 10 minutes to do. Restart your computer. Press the key indicated in the start-up message, typically one of the function keys, to enter the BIOS.
