• Open the Main Door (1) and feed PP/PET Strap to the base of the chamber through strapping channels, or hang soft strap coils on the coil frame (6) and feed the straps to base of the chamber through the threading holes and the strapping channels. • Make sure to hang the ejection chain on the Protruding Rod at the rear of the machine and NOT hang on the Hook of the Platen. • Close and Lock the main door (1). • Open the Feed Door (2) to fill in material into the chamber, and thereafter close & lock the Feed Door. Your machine will not operate until all doors are closed and locked. • Press ON Button (4) and turn down the operation lever (5), the ram will then descend. When turn the operation lever up, the ram will ascend. • Repeat Steps 3 and 4 until the bale height meets your needs (within 150-450mm). • When the bale meets your needs, press OFF Button (3). • With the platen maintaining pressure on the bale, open the main door and feed the strapping material through the channels over the
