How Do You Open A School Combination Lock?
Once children reach junior high, they begin to use lockers to store their books, coats and other belongings. These lockers are often secured with combination locks. Young children may not be sure how these work. The school will most likely not take the time to show each child how to work the locks. You can teach your child before he goes to school. Get the combination to your lock from the school. They should give it to you along with the locker assignment. If they didn’t, you will need to ask for it. Hold the lock in your left hand if you are right handed and use your right hand to turn the knob to 0. If you are left handed, reverse your hands. Turn your knob clockwise (to the right) until you get to the first number of your combination. If your number is 13 then you turn your dial to the right until you get to the 13 and then you stop. Turn your knob counterclockwise (to the left) for the second number. Say the second number is 25. You will need to go counterclockwise past the 25 onc
