• First, to use this you must have the lock Open. You could find it already open or you can open it using a padlock shim. • With the lock open, position the shackle loosely into the locking hole, but be careful not to actually lock it. • Hold the lock upright and slowly turn the dial counter-clockwise as many as three full revolutions. At one point the shackle will be pushed up, by the turning of the dial. Watch the dial carefully and continue to turn the dial until the shackle falls. • The number that is on the dial at the point where it falls is the number you want. Add 5 to that number and that will be the first number of the 3-number combination. Lets say it fell when 33 was on the dial. The First number of the combination would be 38 (33 + 5) • You now only need the middle number. To get the possible middle numbers add 2 to the First number that you determined above.
