How Do You Open a Gateway Laptop?
As laptops become more advanced they get smaller and faster. The majority of the time you’re glad your laptop is a sleek small model that’s easy to tote around. When you want to take apart your computer and upgrade or fix components on the inside, the small size can become problematic. Not to worry, you’re not the first person to take apart a Gateway laptop. With a few extra minutes and some basic tools, you can get inside your laptop in no time. Place your laptop on a flat surface. Make sure your working environment is free of dust and clutter. Lay your laptop screen side down. Remove the battery. Remove the laptop modules. These are covered by plastic access panels and usually secured with a set of screws.
