How Do You No Bake Chocolate Bourbon Balls?
Try making these cookies for your holiday goodies this year! They made a great gift and are super east to make. Most cookie connoisseurs think this cookie taste best after aging overnight, a few days or even a week! They can last up to two weeks in an airtight container. This recipe can make 50 balls. Grind pecans in a food processor until finely ground. Sift the confectioners sugar. Place the cookie crumbs, confectioners sugar and pecans in a bowl and combine. Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave or a double boiler over simmering water. Stir in the bourbon and corn syrup. Add to the dry ingredients and stir well to combine. Let sit for 39 minutes. Put the granulated sugar in another bowl. Roll mixture between your palms into one inch ball and roll in sugar until evenly coated. Place in an airtight container, separating layers with wax paper and let sit at room temperature to least overnight to allow flavors to develop.
