Connecting two computers wirelessly creates a network in your home or office. Establishing a network allows you to share Internet connections, transfer data between all connected computers and send messages back and forth. Once complete, additional computers can be added to your wireless network. Install your wireless network adapters following the manufacturer’s instructions. Click “Start”->”Control Panel”->”Network and Internet Connections”->”Network Connections” on one of the computers. Locate your wireless network adapter, right-click it and select “Properties.” Click on the “Wireless Networks” tab in the Wireless Network Connections dialogue box. Click the “Add” button under “Preferred Networks” and name your ad hoc network connection.
