How Do You Name A Sports Bar?
You’ve bought the bar, brought in new bar stools, changed the taps to your favorite beer, even spent a small fortune on high definition televisions. Now all you need is to come up with a name. “Keep it simple, stupid.” That of course is the old saying and it couldn’t be simpler when it comes to naming a sports bar. The name should be short and to the point. It should be easy to say and roll off the tongue. It should contain no more than three words, and the second and third words should probably be “sports bar.” (Pub is another great alternative.) Ponder the history of the sports bar. Since sports bars are a neighborhood thing, think if you can generate any nostalgia by calling on a memory.
