How Do You Mount Faux Wood Blinds?
Faux wood blinds are an ideal choice if you want the look of real wood blinds without the price tag. Since faux wood is made from a plastic polymer, they can be used in areas with high humidity, such as bathrooms, and will not warp like real wood. After you have figured out where you are going to install the window blinds, you have to mount them. It just takes a few materials to hang your faux wood blinds. Install inside mounting brackets by beginning on the left side (the brackets should be labeled as such). Place the bracket a 1/2 inch from the front edge of the window so it is even with the wall. Make a marks with a pencil in the bracket’s hole. Use your drill to make a 1 inch deep hole where the pencil marks are.
