Step 3 Turn the ball around underwater slowly and look for bubbles. A tiny hole in the ball will cause bubbles to rise up in the water. As you turn the ball, look to see where those bubbles are coming from. Step 4 Fill the syringe with ball sealant. Step 5 Locate the air valve on the ball and insert the syringe, just as you would an air pump. Step 6 Depress the syringe plunger to squirt sealant into the ball.
