How do you maximize the signal strength of the NetBlaster II products?

• Place the NetBlaster II PCI antenna and NetBlaster II Hub in the highest location possible. • Move the NetBlaster II Hub to a central location, midway between computers enabled with NetBlaster II adapter cards. • Minimize the number of obstructions between the computers and the NetBlaster II Hub. Avoid placing the NetBlaster II Access Point close to metal objects (e.g. file cabinets, metal cubicles, metal ceiling/ floor/wall…etc.) • For laptops, point the adapter card toward the NetBlaster II Hub. • If there is a device using the same radio frequency as the NetBlaster II, e.g. a microwave oven, ensure the NetBlaster II computer or NetBlaster are far enough away from it (10 meters min. is advisable) • Use the CableFREE utility Connection Quality meter to find the best location.
