How Do You Marinate The Perfect Steak?
My article is about what marinade I have used for my steak, and how it enhances the flavor of the meat. I have been using Lawry’s Steak & Chop 30 Minute Marinade. I don’t follow the directions on the bottle. I usually marinade my meat between 3 and 5 days for maximum flavor enhancement. The longer it marinades, the juicer and more tender the meat seems to be. I wouldn’t marinade any longer than 5 days because of meat freshness and bacteria. I have used other marinades, but this one seems to taste the best. It gives it a awesome flavor blend of garlic and pepper. It’s definitely a experience for the taste buds. I have also made my own marinades, but in a pinch, this is the best. I usually use 1 bottle for every 2 decent sized, thick steaks. Pick out your steak(s). If steaks are frozen, let them defrost completely before marinating. Once defrosted, put steak(s) in freezer bag(s). Marinade in refrigerator for desired time frame, and then place on grill and cook to desired wellness.
