Marinade is great for chicken breasts or any other type of poultry. Buy and prepare poultry for the BBQ by removing excess fat and skin. The easiest form of poultry to marinate and BBQ is a boneless, skinless chicken breast. Mix together your olive oil and spices in a bowl. Do not use a bowl or pan that is made out of iron, copper or aluminum, as marinades can stain these materials. Choose a bowl or pan in which to marinate your poultry. It is also possible to marinate the meat in a zip-closure plastic bag. This is often preferred because it requires less of the marinade. Place the poultry pieces into the bowl that was used for mixing or use another container if you want to save any extra marinade. If using a plastic bag, place the bag inside a bowl or pan to prevent leaks. Pour enough of the marinade into
