How Do You Manualy Adjust Exposure Compensation In Canon 450D In Full Manual Mode?

Full manual mode is exactly what it says. YOU have to control EVERYTHING. There is no automatic setting of shutter and aperture, other than the meter readout. The exposure compensation adjustment automatically adjusts the aperture or shutter depending if you are in shutter priority or aperture priority mode.

There is no exposure compensation in Manual mode. You do it throught the light meter. If you look through the viewfinder you will see the light meter along the bottom. Change the shutter speed to either over or under expose however much you want.
