Cook your spaghetti or what ever noodles you are planning on using. This recipe tastes great with left overs. Wash the zucchini and then dice it up. In a 9-inch non-stick skillet heat up the olive oil on medium-high. Cook the diced zucchini in the oil for about 12 minutes or until the diced pieces brown up. In a large bowl beat the eggs and mix in the cheese, the basil and then salt and pepper the mixture to taste. Add the fried zucchini, the spaghetti and the salami to the egg mixture.
