It’s great for holidays and/or social functions. It will definitely be a crowd pleaser! Heal olive oil in sauce pan, add chopped onions, and saute for about 5 minutes. Stir in sliced zucchini and mushrooms. Stir until blended well. Saute all the ingredients for about 10 minutes, until tender. Stir in the minced garlic, tomatoes, parsley and basil. Mix until all ingredients are blended together. Add salt if desired. Cook mixture 5 more minutes. Toss in cooked pasta or ravioli until sauce completely covers the pasta. Serve while hot. Top with parmesan cheese if desired. If you want to turn this into a meat dish, you can add cooked ground turkey or beef if desired.
