How Do You Make Yummy Spaghetti Sauce?
• Empty can of tomato paste into medium sauce pan and combine with water until it reaches desired consistency (it’s better to start with less because you will add more liquids later). Add the two chopped tomatoes. Cook over medium heat. • While the sauce is heating, combine bouillon cube with a very small amount of hot water. When dissolved, pour into sauce mixture. • Add garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, a small pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper. • Stir well and often. • Taste sauce. If too salty, add a pinch of sugar or splenda to balance it out. • Add half and half and cheese. Stir well. Ladle sauce onto freshly cooked spaghetti or linguine pasta and enjoy!!
