How Do You Make Wild Rice Hotdish?

0

Wild Rice Hotdish is one of my favorite wintertime meals. It has great flavor and texture, and all and all really hits the spot. Prepare your two different rices in separate pans and set aside 1 cup wild rice and 4 cups brown or white rice. You can add 1-2 bouillon cubes to the brown or white rice water to give it a little extra flavor. Prepare your meat. You can use whatever kind you are in the mood for. Sometimes I use a half pound of browned ground beef, last time I used a large can of chicken. It’s up to you. Make sure your meat is fully cooked Sauté your vegetable in a large skillet for 5-10 minutes. If you have just browned hamburger or other meat it is fine to throw them in with the meat you have prepared. Fold in rice, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Add a couple tablespoons of soy sauce and spices. Heat on medium heat for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
