How Do You Make Wild Rice And Chicken Bake?
Below you’ll find a delicious recipe that tastes like something that has taken you ages to make, but lucky for you, only takes a few minutes to prepare and an hour to bake! And best of all – it’s an entire meal!!! Place the uncooked rice in a buttered casserole dish. Add 2 cups of hot water and salt and pepper to taste. Salt and pepper is completely optional. Arrange your chicken breasts on top of the rice. I prefer using boneless chicken breasts, but either can be used. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for one hour. While baking the chicken, saute almonds in butter or margarine using a medium sized pan or skillet and set aside. Combine the Campell’s Mushroom Soup and milk in a small bowl. Pour over the chicken once it’s done baking. Sprinkle with almonds and return to the oven. Bake uncovered until bubbly! Remove the dish and allow to cool a bit. Enjoy!
