How Do You Make Wild Berry Wine Cooler?
Making a wild berry wine cooler is incredibly easy and remarkably refreshing. This is a great spring or summer drink that is perfect for casual get-togethers or even light early dinners. Luckily, you can make it as strong or weak as you want without sacrificing flavor, so it is versatile as well. Choose the berry flavor you want. The schnapps you select will control the flavor, even if you are using a berry wine, as the sugar content is much higher in the liqueur than the wine. The best combination matches the schnapps to the berries in the wine. Pour 2 oz. of schnapps into a large glass filled with ice. Add 4 oz. of your wine. Fill the rest of the glass with your mixer. If you want a sweeter drink, use Sprite, 7Up, or similar carbonated beverage. If you want to highlight the berry flavor of your liqueur, simply use club soda. Serve immediately before the ice can dilute the drink.
