If you’re looking to add whole wheat into your diet, this cookie recipe is a great way to do it. I’ll also tell you a few ways where you can cut some sugar and fat as well. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl mix all liquid ingredients together first, including the peanut butter. In a separate mixing bowl mix all the dry ingredients together. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the bowl of liquid ingredients. The mixture should be sticky and not too dry. If you can not form a small ball with the mixture because it is too soft add a little more flour. If it is too dry add a little canola oil. Roll dough into small balls about an inch around then place on cookie sheet. Take a fork and press down flat on the ball in both in both directions so you have a crisscross pattern.
