How Do You Make White Chocolate-Red Pepper Buttercream Icing?
I am a Personal Chef and Caterer in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. We have a large Mexican and Hispanic population here; so I’m always looking for ways to spice up a meal. This White Chocolate-Red Pepper Buttercream Icing is always a hit with those who like a little spice, and those that don’t. I like to serve this Icing with Ginger Cake Cupcakes. Ginger is already a little spicy, so it goes nicely. But you can use this icing on almost any cake, try chocolate! All the sugar in the icing keeps it from being too spicy, but with just a little hint of hotness can be very refreshing. Scoop half of the container of icing into a mixing bowl. Add butter and let sit too warm slightly. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in the microwave or on the stove. Do not over warm the chocolate will not work right.
