How Do You Make White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting?
If you want to try something a little different from the ordinary buttercream frosting give this recipe a try. It’s a very decadent and delicious frosting. It can go with just about any flavor of cake like carrot or chocolate. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate for 1 or 2 minutes. Using the whisk stir the chocolate until completely smooth and no lumps are visible. Let cool for 5 minutes. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with the mixer on high until smooth. Gradually beat in the melted chocolate into the cream cheese until well incorporated. Add the unsalted butter to the cream cheese mixture beating until smooth. Then add lemon juice and beat for 1 or 2 more minutes.
