How Do You Make Wedding Placecards?

0

Planning the seating arrangement for your wedding reception ensures that no one is left sitting alone or that those who do not get along are not forced to share a table during the festivities. Place cards are used to help direct your guests to their seats with minimal fuss or confusion. You can make wedding place cards easily and inexpensively that will complement your wedding decor. They take little time to make. Measure and cut your cardstock into 4 by 3 inch rectangles. Fold each rectangle in half so that it is 2 by 3 inches and forms a tent that can be set on the table near the place setting. Punch a hole through both layers of the folded cardstock in each of the corners near the open end of the tent. Cut a 2.5 by 1.5 inch rectangle from the decorative paper with decorative edge scrapbooking scissors. These scissors come in several designs that will leave behind a pretty edge on the paper. Center the decorative paper on the front of the cardstock tent and glue in place with a glue
