Cut the egg carton into smaller, manageable parts. For a carton which holds a dozen eggs, cut the carton into three sections. Place a circle of tulle over one of the egg openings, making sure to center the tulle over the center of the opening. Place your candies in the center of the tulle in the egg opening. Gather the edges of tulle together. Wrap ribbon around the bunched tulle. Tie the ribbon in a bow.
