The new iRiver iFP-100 series does not just provide you with your choice of music, but also has a built-in microphone. This helps you record anything from your voice to music on your player. You can now record your most memorable conversations, favorite poems or songs and carry them with you wherever you go. Press the Navigation button and start your MP3 player. Press the Mode/Record button once you have the screen light on. Go to the Mode option on your screen. Use the Forward and Rewind buttons to go to the Voice Mode. Press the Navigation/Menu button to go to the Voice Recording Mode. Press the Mode/Record button and the voice recording will start. The screen will show you the time of recording in minutes and seconds and the total amount recorded. Note that the recorded file will be saved as VOICE001, or VOICE002, etc., according to the number of your recordings. Press the Mode/Record button again to stop recording.
