How Do You Make Vegetable Fried Rice?
Ever go to a Chinese restaurant and wonder how they make their delicious Vegetable Fried Rice? Now you can make it in your own home, for half the price and twice the flavor! This meal makes for a great lunch or dinner, takes only 20-30 min. to make, and is easily modified according to your own tastes. (This recipe serves 2-3 people, although if you want more, just add more rice and vegetables!) Put 1 cup of rice in the rice cooker. Add 1 and 1/4 cup water. Make sure the rice is evenly distributed in the cooker (this can be done by taking the pot out of the rice cooker and moving it side to side until the rice settles evenly on top.
