• Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. • Prepare the cake mix, following the box directions. Use greased cupcake/muffin tins (or use cupcake wrappers). Fill each one about 2/3 full. Bake for the time that it states on the box. • When the cupcakes are done, place them on a rack for them to cool. • Mix the vanilla pudding mixes and cold milk in a bowl. Whisk the mixture for 2 minutes. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 5 to 10 minutes or until you’re ready to use it. • Cut the stems off of the strawberries and cut each strawberry into thin slices.
