Better yet, let your little trick or treaters have fun helping you decorate some cute cupcake vampire faces. You might want to make a double batch, because they’ll disappear fast. Mix the cake batter according to the directions on the box, and pour the batter into a paper-lined muffin tin, filling the cups about three quarters full. Bake the cupcakes as directed and allow them to cool in the muffin pan. Once the cupcakes are cool, remove them from the pan. Mix a batch of white or buttercream frosting, and add a drop or two of green food coloring. Frost the tops of the cupcakes with the green frosting. This will be the vampire’s face.
