If you work at an office or have access to a copy machine (computer printer/copy machines get cheaper by the day) you have the opportunity to make your own truly unique artwork. Bring a little creativity and imagination to your art, and you will have a final project that can not only decorate your home, but be a source of conversations as well. Here is how to get started. Gather some items that have some meaning to you as well as some textural qualities. For example, grab a favorite antique book, a leaf from your favorite tree, your stuffed bear from childhood and a ticket stub from a great concert. Lay the items you gathered on the glass surface of your copy machine.
