Leave for half an hour so the cucumbers release their juices. Squeeze the juices completely from the cucumbers with your hands. Add the drained cucumber and crushed garlic to the yoghurt and mix thoroughly. Add oil and lemon juice, little by little, mixing with a fork until well blended and smooth. Chill well.
