You are going to want to use a large mixing bowl so you can have enough room for all your ingredients. Once you have your meat inside of the bowl you can then add your 1 egg, onion powder, salt, pepper, and dry instant oatmeal. After all your ingredients are in you can begin to mix with your hands. Make sure you mix well. Once that is done you set your meat to the side. The second step is to get your self a nice skillet(preferably non-stick) and melt your butter. When you butter is nice and melted removed from the heat so it will not burn.
