INGREDIENTS: 1 box jumbo shells, prepared as directed on package 4 cups diced turkey (or chicken) 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 cup mayonnaise 1 10-ounce box frozen peas, thawed and drained 1 box chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing, prepared as directed on box 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 cup water paprika parsley Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. In a large bowl combine turkey, onion, celery, mayonnaise, peas, and stuffing. Stuff cooked shells and place in prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and water. Pour over shells. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
