We blend real turkey and our own seasonings, then naturally hardwood smoke the links until they are juicy and flavorful. This stir-fry has great Asian style flavor… and it’s quick and easy to make! Choose a selection of fresh or frozen vegetables that you enjoy most, and get started! Yield: 6 servings Step 1 Cut sausage into 1/4-inch bias slices. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage; sauté for 1 minute. Step 2 Add fresh or frozen stir-fry vegetables. Cook and stir for 6-8 minutes or until hot. If you’re buying fresh veggies, we recommend peppers, onions, carrots, sugar snap peas, mushrooms and water chestnuts. But there are plenty more that you may enjoy!
