Greek yogurt is absolutely delicious. It goes through a special straining process to take moisture out to provide you that thick and creamy taste. So here’s a cheap and easy method to make tasty Greek yogurt at home! Pour 1/2-1.5 gal of milk in pot. Milk can be whole, 2%, 1% or even skim, but it works best with higher fat percentage. Place kitchen thermometer in the pot, close the lid as much as possible, and heat up to 175F. This step is to kill off all the bacteria already residing in milk.
