This is a quick and easy recipe that anyone can make. All of the ingredients are things everyone has on hand all the time. Beyone easy to make and they taste awesome. Great recipe to make on a weekend or a rainy day with the kids! Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenhieght. While the oven is heating up, mix together 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar and 1 egg in a mixing bowl. (This can be easily multiplied for a greater number of cookies) Roll the cookie dough into balls and place approximately 1 inch apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Try to get the balls close to the same size so they all cook evenly. Flatten your cookie dough balls out with a fork for that classic peanut butter cookie look. Bake for 7-10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy! Makes about two dozen cookies.
