Making the perfect cupcake inside of a paper cup is just as easy as making a cupcake inside of greased cupcake tray, minus the dirty tray. While there is no such thing as a “perfect” cupcake, bakers have come pretty close. What makes something perfect can only be assigned by the beholder.
