How Do You Make The Perfect Cup Of Coffee Everytime?
Surprisingly, not many people know how to make coffee. At a job interview five years ago, I was introduced to the former secretary of a most prestigious Fortune 500 company. I was to take her place. She was moving to Europe somewhere. Everything was going well. My answers to his questions pleased him. Until my future boss asked me if I wanted something to drink, of course my response was a polite “no thank you”, but he insisted and persisted. I agreed to have coffee. I should have asked for water because the coffee my predecessor made was so strong that you could hardly see it contained any milk or cream. One sip and I swallowed quickly. I said to myself, “I could’ve used this as lava for my science project in the 5th grade.” My boss took a slurp and he just flipped out.
