Anyone who has been to a Greek Festival has probably tasted these delicious dessert treats. No need to wait for your town’s annual Greek Festival, or to settle for lesser versions at bakeries. Baklava is surprisingly easy to make at home. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter the bottoms and sides of a pan (9×13 inch is a good size). Mix chopped nuts and cinnamon. Set aside. Unroll phyllo dough. Cut the stack in half to fit pan. Cover phyllo with a damp cloth to keep moist while working. Place two sheets of dough in pan, butter thoroughly with a pastry brush. Repeat until the stack is 8 sheets thick. Sprinkle nut mixture on top. Top with two sheets of dough, and continue layering dough, butter, and nuts until almost to the top of the pan. Leave enough room for the top layer, which is 6 to 8 sheets of just phyllo and butter. Use a sharp knife to cut the Baklava into serving sizes. Cut to within a half inch of the bottom of the pan, but not all the way to the bottom to make sure the sauce
