How Do You Make The Fontainebleau Special Mixed Drink?
“Alright, drink we’re about to make is called a Fontainebleau Special, and we’re going to serve this up in a Martini glass. If you want to chill it, put some ice and water in there and let it sit for about thirty seconds. It’ll be nice and chilled, ready to go. Okay, put some ice in a glass here and measure out one shot of brandy. Follow that up with a shot of Anisette. And next we’ll add a half an ounce of Dry Vermouth. There we go. Now let’s shake these up real well, get it nice and cold. We’re going to be serving it up, so you won’t have any ice cubes in it to keep it cold. You want to make sure it starts off very cold. That’ll do. Get a Martini glass and a strainer, and go ahead and pour it in. There we go. That is a Fontainebleau Special.
