Chicken soup can be great for your body and soul and wait until you taste my grandmother chicken soup. As A child we used to make the chicken soup into a full meal because it was so good. In a pot with plenty of water add the chicken a little bit of salt and the onion cut into a quarter. Let it boil for about 30 minutes. Once your chicken has been boiling for about 30 minutes, carefully remove it from the hot water and remove the chicken skin and put the chicken back in the water. ( make sure that there is enough water, if not add more). Add the noodles, the parsley and let it cook for about 7 minutes turn off the oven, but let cooking pot stand in the oven, add the Olive oil and crack open an egg and gently drop it the soup. Mix the egg whites into the soup but try not to break the yoke. Add salt to preference, cover the pot and let it stand for 5 minutes. Throw out the onion, and your soup is done.
