How Do You Make The Best Tuna Salad?
With today’s tough economic times, who can afford to go out to eat for lunch anymore? This recipe contains the classic tuna salad ingredients along with a few twists to give it a restaurant quality taste. First, thoroughly drain the can of tuna and place tuna into a large bowl. Then combine the chopped hard boiled eggs (I like to use Pampered Chef egg slicer to chop the eggs), chopped celery stalk, chopped sweet onion, & grated Parmesan Cheese. Mix all of the dry ingredients well. Next, add the sweet relish, yellow mustard, garlic salt, & lemon juice to the large bowl. Mix all of the ingredients well. Last ingredient to add is the mayonnaise. I would suggest starting out with 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise first, mix it well, and then taste it. Adjust the amount of mayo based on your preference.
