What better dessert to make on a cool night than bread pudding? Bread pudding is one of those things that has been around for years, is more acceptable than a fruit cake, and can be eaten as a dessert, snack, or breakfast without too much guilt. Eat it warm, cold, a few days after you’ve made it…either way, it’s delicious. I’ve seen many bread pudding recipes, but this one is the only one I’ll ever follow. It has been passed down in the family, and I’ve yet to find someone who hasn’t enjoyed it. In fact, this is my husband’s favorite, and a request at potlucks. Cube bread and combine with milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon/nutmeg, raisins, and nuts. Set aside for 1/2 hour so bread is thoroughly immersed. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a cake pan, loaf pan, or quiche dish with butter or cooking spray, making sure to coat all sides. Pour batter into the baking dish, and bake in oven for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour, or when tooth pick inserted in the middle come
